4. Payments & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". While Liz strives for high availability, I cannot guarantee that the AI generation will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Birthday Song Maker be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
