To generate your song, we process:
- The 'Name' of the birthday person (used strictly for song generation).
- Your 'Blessings' or lyrics instructions.
- Email address (for delivery and receipts).
1.2 Payment Information
We do NOT store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction security and tax compliance.
2. How We Use AI & Your Data
We use your text inputs solely to generate the audio content.
- We do NOT use your personal inputs to train our public AI models.
- Your generated songs are stored securely so you can download them.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers (like Paddle for payments) strictly as necessary to provide this service.
4. Data Retention
We retain your generated songs for at least 12 months unless you request deletion. Account info is kept while your account is active.
